Help Sell Ride Tickets for
Street Fair

Help us sell tickets!

Can you commit to a couple of days a week in the morning, or in the afternoon?  Maybe you are already dropping off or picking up.  We need you.

We are looking parents that can sell Street Fair Ride Tickets to our Adams families before and after school.  This is a huge fundraiser for the PTCO and School and a great way to get involved right at the beginning of the school year. 

If you are willing and can pick up a few consistent shifts, we would love to have you.  Email the PTCO at volunteers.adamsptco@gmail.com if you can help.

Details

• Duties 

  • Set up and break down a  table

  • Sell tickets to Adams families as they drop off and pick up from school.  

  • You will need to handle cash, use a card reader (Square). 

  • Turn in any cash, Square card readers, and unsold tickets to the office at the end of shift.

• Shifts (30min)

  • AM Shift - 8:35-9:05

  • PM (M,Tu,Th,F) - 3:10-3:40

  • PM (W) - 12:25-12:55

• Dates

  • School Days starting Sep 11th and ending the Friday before the Street Fair Sep 22

• Locations

  • Outside of the School Office (35th & Madison) - PreK, K, 1st Grade entrance.

  • School St. Gate (School & Mansfield) - 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade entrance
